Every recipe starts with a question: where did this come from, and at what cost? We are committed to responsible ingredient sourcing, prioritizing suppliers who meet environmental standards and moving toward packaging that reduces our footprint over time.
Our direction Transition to recyclable or reduced-plastic packaging by 2027. Source proteins from certified responsible fisheries and farms.
Rickeybon exists because of one cat. That is not marketing. It is the foundation of everything we make. Animal welfare is not a talking point here; it is the product brief. We are actively developing partnerships with Taiwan animal welfare organizations.
Our direction Establish a formal SPCA Taiwan partnership. Dedicate a portion of revenue to local shelter support programs.
We are a small company, and that is an advantage. No supply chain five layers deep. No ingredients we cannot trace. We hold ourselves to clear standards for ingredient transparency, labeling accuracy, and ethical sourcing.
Our direction Publish an annual ESG progress report. Maintain full ingredient traceability documentation available to partners and regulators on request.
Taiwan's government has made ESG a national priority for manufacturing, trade, and emerging consumer brands. Rickeybon is building its business in alignment with these goals from day one. As Taiwan's premium cat food market grows, we intend to be the brand that proves sustainability and quality are the same thing, not a tradeoff.
